De zesentwintigjarige singer-songwriter ALMA uit Finland maakt alternatieve elektronische pop. Ze deed toen ze 17 was mee aan de Finse variant van televisietalentenjacht Idols en is sindsdien hard om weg om één van de grootste popsterren uit de Finse muziekgeschiedenis te worden. Ze bracht in 2020 haar debuutalbum 'Have U Seen Her?' uit, maar was in aanloop hiernaartoe al te horen op tracks van supersterren als Charli XCX, Tove Lo en Stefflon Don, stond op het podium met Dua Lipa en Zara Larsson en schreef als begenadigd songwriter mee aan nummers van Miley Cyrus, Ariana Grande en Lana Del Rey. Na een stilte van twee jaar bracht ALMA in 2022 twee singles uit: 'Everything Beautiful' en 'I Forgive Me' waarop ze zich zowel vocaal als instrumentaal meer richting indiepop beweegt.
