Due to the corona measures tightened in the press conference, the WIES concert on November 13 in Paradiso Noord cannot take place. The concert will be moved to a future date to be determined. Ticket buyers will receive an email with more information. As soon as the new date is known, it is possible to return tickets or request a voucher.

This is the rescheduled program of November 14, 2021. Previously purchased tickets are also valid for the new date.

De Nederlandstalige indiepopband WIES beleefde een vliegende carrièrestart met de winst van de Amsterdamse Popprijs in 2018 en de Grote Prijs van Nederland in 2019. Het Amsterdamse drietal leerde elkaar kennen op het Conservatorium van Amsterdam en zorgt naar eigen zeggen voor ‘de perfecte driehoeksdynamiek van pop, elektronica en het raggende organische’, geïnspireerd door het werk van Ramses Shaffy tot Spinvis. In 2020 speelden zij hun eerste en tevens uitverkochte clubshow in de grote zaal van Paradiso (‘De Grote ParaWIESo Anderhalve Meter Show’). Het debuutalbum van WIES is uitgekomen op 17 september en dit najaar zie je ze in Paradiso Noord.

How to get to Tolhuistuin

Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry is departing from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. Turn left and you’ll walk into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance is used (Buiksloterweg 5C), which can be reached via the Overhoeksplein.

Restaurant
Tolhuistuin also has a restaurant in which you can have a bite before the show. We advise to make a reservation in advance via this website.
