Met de release van haar nieuwe album ‘Sterrenlopen’ in aantocht komt Wende naar Paradiso. Wende is één van de meest veelzijdige artiesten in Nederland. Ze gaat van pop naar elektronisch, naar jazz en klassiek, en combineert deze muziekstijlen in interdisciplinaire albums en voorstellingen. Haar prijzenkast weerspiegelt die diversiteit; ze won een Edison in bijna elke categorie en werd als actrice genomineerd voor een Gouden Kalf. Het album ‘MENS’ won de Edison Pop Award 2019 in de categorie Beste Album en werd genomineerd voor het Beste Nederlandstalige Album. De single ‘Het Is Genoeg’ is de aftrap voor haar nieuwe plaat ‘Sterrenlopen’ die in september verwacht wordt.

How to get to Paradiso

Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
