Amsterdam is the Capital City of Techno this weekend with Awakenings Festival attracting techno-lovers from all over the world. Paradiso goes back to the beginning with guest DJ JP aka Lone Striker & Angelo d’Onorio, both residents at the infamous VIP Club that started here back in June 1994 and is celebrating it’s 25th Anniversary this year. A crash course in tantalising techno club history & future beats.

Big beats, huge hits & major fun on an extremely cosy dancefloor – the ultimate intimate clubnight for the in-crowd, hosted by the man with the largest collection of personal mash-up sounds in town, Mr. Alec Smart. And his partner in crime, VJ Mr. Fab.

How to get to Paradiso

Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
