This evening includes live music performances by Afia Anim and JJ Scoop, and the premiere screening of the film followed by a Q&A with the filmmaker, hosted by Saber Aidarus.

About the maker

“UNVEILING THE CROWN” marks the directorial debut of filmmaker Dody Osasumwen van
den Bos (26), a storyteller with Nigerian and Dutch roots. His work explores cultural identity, family, and belonging through intimate storytelling.

How to get to Paradiso

Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
