De locatie van de show van Tracyanne & Danny is verplaatst naar Paradiso Noord in Amsterdam. Datum en aanvangstijd blijven ongewijzigd.

Tracyanne Campbell van de band Camera Obscura en Danny Caughlin van Crybaby vormen samen het nieuwe duo Tracyanne & Danny. De twee vinden hun oorsprong in Schotland en Engeland, maar met hun Americana sound lijken de singer-songwriters eerder regelrecht uit Alabama te zijn gekomen. Op aanraden van hun manager nemen ze samen enkele nummers op bij Edwyn Collins, gebruikmakend van de zijn vintage apparatuur. Met succes: de gedeelde interesse in muziek van The Roches, Dion, Lou Reed, The Flamingos, Serge Gainsbourg, Santo & Johnny en The Style Council draagt bij aan een aantal mooie nummers. Zo mooi, dat het resultaat van tien nummers nu te horen is op het titelloze debuutalbum dat in mei verscheen.

How to get to Tolhuistuin

Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry is departing from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. Turn left and you’ll walk into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance is used (Buiksloterweg 5C), which can be reached via the Overhoeksplein.

Restaurant
Tolhuistuin also has a restaurant in which you can have a bite before the show. We advise to make a reservation in advance via this website.
