Velen dromen ervan, maar weinig overkomt het daadwerkelijk; op straat worden ontdekt. Het overkomt Thomas Nicolas wanneer hij als straatmuzikant optreedt in het Vondelpark en Alain Clark toevallig voorbijfietst. Clark spreekt Nicolas aan en zo gaat het balletje rollen. De singer-songwriter wordt getekend door een platenlabel en ondertussen is debuutsingle 'Lost Love' uit dat meteen Topsong wordt op NPO Radio 2. In het nummer bezingt Nicolas met een rauwe stem over de weg kwijtraken in de liefde.

How to get to Tolhuistuin

Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry runs from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. From there, turn left and you’ll walk straight into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance (Buiksloterweg 5C) is used. This entrance can be reached via Overhoeksplein

Restaurant
