Tonight Summer Dance Forever presents three powerful duets that explore identity, connection, and transformation. AS Compagnie’s Quatre Trois dissects the essence of Locking to create a raw, communicative encounter between two artists. In AlShe/Me, Linda Hayford examines sibling dynamics and transformation in a duet that is both intimate and otherworldly. Les Gamal’s Blood Flows delivers an emotionally charged journey through brotherhood, blending explosive energy with lyrical precision.

AS Compagnie: Quatre Trois
As a duo emerging from the global project Conversation(s), Andrége Bidiamambu and Seren Kano (AS Compagnie) present their debut piece Quatre Trois. In this work, they take Locking beyond its usual setting of battles, practices and showcases, focusing instead on its core elements—groove, rhythm, and technique. They experiment with the form as a shared language, turning their movement into a live conversation between themselves and the audience. The result is a stripped-down, personal, and deeply expressive reimagining of Locking as a communicative artform.

Linda Hayford: AlShe/me
In AlShe/Me, Linda Hayford continues her research on metamorphosis and physical transformation. Made for (and with) a brother and a sister, she investigates how we shape and are shaped by those closest to us — emotionally, physically, and subconsciously.
Through both similarities and subtle differences, this duet explores the unique bond that can exist between two people. Beyond words and unspoken empathy, it creates space for each person to express their own individuality.

Les Gamal: Blood flows… the Power of Brotherhood
In this duet, twin brothers Loïck and Emerick Gene (Les Gamal) invite us into their intimate world — one built on shared memories, emotional synchronicity, and kinetic unity. More than just a performance, this show channels their personal stories into a powerful dance narrative. Their technical brilliance, honed in many international battles, meets theatrical finesse, enhanced by original music and striking lighting design. This deeply human duet pulses with precision and emotion, offering a fresh, heartfelt perspective on hip-hop and the unspoken strength of brotherhood.
‘Blood Flows… the Power of Brotherhood’ has achieved international success, captivating audiences with its striking blend of artistry and emotion. Like energy flows... Like blood flows…
