Join us for a powerful and celebratory evening centering trans talent, expression, and resistance. This showcase brings together a vibrant mix of music, dance, spoken word, and visual arts— all created and performed by trans and nonbinary artists.

Throughout the night, expect bold performances, tender moments, and striking visuals that reflect the beauty and complexity of trans lives. We close the evening with a DJ set to take us from reflection to release — dancing together as an act of joy. More than a show, this night is a space to connect, witness, and celebrate. A night of visibility, artistry, and resistance.

About

Sebastien (they/he), better know as Hunkydory, is a host, drag artist and trans+ sports activist originally from Scotland. During this evening they are stepping out of drag to bring their spoken word to the stage for the first time since 2018. His work is informed by his experience with the complexities of identify, belonging and being generally pissed off.

Amor is the solo project of Amor van Rij — songwriter, producer, and vocalist based in Amsterdam. Expect self-produced danceable beats, melodic synths, and captivating vocal lines, influenced by alternative R&B, lo-fi house, trap, and dancehall. Amor blends various styles in search of a unique sound, never shying away from experimentation. Like Amor themselves, the music refuses to be put in a box.

Agnes Geneva is a singer, performer, and actor. Since 2014 she has been the signature voice of TransAmsterdam, where her powerful rendition of the anthem Trans and Proud has become a beacon for the queer community. She gained national recognition on Holland’s Got Talent in 2019, and in 2023 captivated audiences again by performing Billie Eilish’s No Time to Die with the Amsterdam Tram Harmony Orchestra during its tenth-anniversary concert. Her feature-film debut, Call Me Agnes, had its world premiere at the Netherlands Film Festival last year and has been selected by eleven international film festivals.

Claw is a trans man hailing from Ireland who blends together a mix of house, techno and a sprinkle of hyper pop.

Andrea is a femme queen from Italy, now thriving in Amsterdam’s ballroom scene. She walks Vogue Femme with a divine blend of softness, sensuality, and undeniable cunt energy—moving with intention, grace, and quiet power. In every step and spin, Andrea honors the legacy of ballroom as a space of resistance and self-celebration, using her performance to embody feminine truth and political presence.

How to get to Paradiso

Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
