The June 26th, 2020 concert of The Secret Sisters is postponed to Wednesday June 23rd, 2021 at 20:30h (doors: 19:00). Please note: this show now takes place at Paradiso Noord. Bought tickets remain valid for the new location and the new date of the concert. All ticket buyers will receive an e-mail with details shortly.

The Secret Sisters interpreteren het geluid van klassieke country en weten dat uitstekend te combineren met popinvloeden. Het duo wordt gevormd door zussen Lydia en Laura Rogers uit Muscle Shoals, Alabama. Met een tergende onschuld en fluwelen stemmen zingen zij lichtvoetige countrypopliedjes in jaren 50-stijl. Op derde plaat ‘You Don’t Own Me Anymore’ (2017) werd gekozen voor een iets modernere aanpak, zonder daarbij het tijdloze geluid te verliezen. In 2020 keren The Secret Sisters terug met naar eigen zeggen hun meest ambitieuze album tot nu toe, getiteld ‘Saturn Return’.

How to get to Paradiso
Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
