Het verhaal van The Mystery Lights begint in 2004 in Californië als de vrienden Michael Brandon en Luis Alfonso, die een liefde voor The Velvet Underground, Dead Moon en The Fall gemeen hebben, hun krachten bundelen en hun eigen losgeslagen rock ’n roll gaan maken. Na de release van hun debuutalbum in 2016 worden ze door onder andere NME al snel gekroond tot een van de beste garagebands van New York. Met album ‘Too Much Tension’ op komst, blijft deze energie en brutaliteit behouden en trekken ze hun rock ’n roll naar nieuwe hoogten.

How to get to Tolhuistuin
Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry runs from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. From there, turn left and you’ll walk straight into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance (Buiksloterweg 5C) is used. This entrance can be reached via Overhoeksplein
Restaurant
Tolhuistuin also has a restaurant where you can enjoy a meal before the show. We recommend making a reservation in advance via this website.
