De twee concerten van The Mission in Paradiso Noord, die plaats zouden vinden op 30 april en 1 mei 2020, zijn uitgesteld en samengevoegd tot één concert, wat plaats zal vinden op 13 april 2021. De locatie en aanvangstijden zijn niet aangepast. Reeds gekochte kaarten blijven geldig voor de nieuwe datum. Ticketkopers ontvangen een e-mail met meer informatie. We verzoeken bezoekers om niet telefonisch of per e-mail om meer informatie te vragen.

The two The Mission concert at Paradiso Noord on April 30 and May 1 2020, are postponed and combined to one new concert date: April 13 2021. The location and times have not changed. Bought tickets remain valid for the new date of the concert. All ticket buyers will receive an e-mail with details shortly. We kindly request visitors to refrain from approaching us for more information by email or telephone.

The Mission (ook bekend als The Mission UK) is een gothic-rockband uit Leeds, Engeland. De vierkoppige band, die werd opgericht en 1986 en momenteel bestaat uit Wayne Hussey, Craig Adams, Simon Hinkler en Mike Kelly, bracht door de jaren heen tien studioalbums uit. Het grootste commerciële succes kwam met de single 'Tower of Strength' in 1988. The Mission speelde voor het laatst in Paradiso in 2005, maar komt in 2021 voor een concert in Amsterdam.

Message from The Mission

We have rescheduled our ‘United European Party Tour’ - that was curtailed after our Lisbon show on March 12th - for March-April next year, 2021. Please see new dates below. All tickets already bought are valid for the new dates. If you can’t make the new dates or if you bought tickets for two nights in one city then you can get a refund on the tickets you won’t be using from point of purchase. Or alternatively, on the nights where we have reduced 2 shows to 1 you will be given the opportunity to use your 2 night ticket to bring an additional person to the rescheduled show (in the following places only: Milan, Warsaw, Helsinki, Munich, Berlin, Bremen, Oslo). Your local ticket company will be in touch to advise how this process will work. If this does not work for you then you'll be able to get a refund at point of purchase. Where it was possible to do so we arranged to play two nights again in some select cities and we’re planning that the shows will follow again the format of the recent shows - one night songs from the odd albums and the other night songs from the even - and where we only play one show in a particular city then we will play a selection of songs from ALL of our albums. How to get to Tolhuistuin

Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry runs from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. From there, turn left and you’ll walk straight into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance (Buiksloterweg 5C) is used. This entrance can be reached via Overhoeksplein

Restaurant
Tolhuistuin also has a restaurant where you can enjoy a meal before the show. We recommend making a reservation in advance via this website.
