Het Amerikaanse countryrockduo The Grahams wordt gevormd door Alyssa en Doug Graham, partners in zowel muzikaal als romantisch opzicht. Het debuutalbum ‘Riverman’s Daughter’ uit 2013 werd opgepikt door diverse Americana-radiostations en dat zorgde al snel voor de doorbraak in hun thuisland. Geïnspireerd door een reis langs de historische Great River Road, maakte het tweetal dertien nummers vol invloeden van country, folk, bluegrass en rock. Het reizen bleek ook na het eerste album een onuitputtelijke bron van inspiratie; de eerstvolgende release ‘Kids Like Us’ is namelijk gebaseerd op een motortrip langs Route 66.

How to get to Paradiso

Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
