The Delines zijn op een bijzondere manier ontstaan. Amy Boone (The Damnations TX) dacht in eerste instantie enkel mee op tour te gaan met Richmond Fontaine om de achtergronzang te doen. Echter bleek de muzikale klik tussen de achtergrondzangeres en frontman Willy Vlautin zo sterk te zijn, dat ze besloten samen een album te maken. In 2014 was daar dan de geboorte van The Delines met debuutalbum ‘Colfax’. Inmiddels heeft de band afgelopen januari hun derde album ‘The Imperial’ uitgebracht, dat wederom vol staat met warme country en soul-invloeden.

How to get to Tolhuistuin

Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry runs from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. From there, turn left and you’ll walk straight into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance (Buiksloterweg 5C) is used. This entrance can be reached via Overhoeksplein

Restaurant
Tolhuistuin also has a restaurant where you can enjoy a meal before the show. We recommend making a reservation in advance via this website.
