The Cactus Blossoms bestaat uit de broers Jack Torrey en Page Burkhu, beide geboren in Minneapolis. In 2016 verscheen het debuutalbum 'You're Dreaming' waarop een zeer klassiek geluid te horen is met invloeden van rock 'n roll, folk en country. De mosterd wordt duidelijk gehaald bij artiesten als The Everly Brothers, Johnny Cash en Buddy Holly, maar met hun prachtige harmonieuze samenzang weten ze iets heel bijzonders te creëren. Eerder dit jaar verwierf The Cactus Blossoms heel veel nieuwe fans door het nummer 'Mississippi' live in de derde aflevering van de hitserie Twin Peaks te spelen.

Op 6 november speelt The Cactus Blossoms in Paradiso. Het concert is onderdeel van de Sugar Mountain Presents concertreeks.

How to get to Paradiso

Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
