De Canadese rockband The Beaches doet alles op hun eigen manier. Na al meer dan een decennium een groep te zijn, gaan de zussen Jordan en Kylie Miller met beste vrienden Leandra Earl en Eliza Enmnan-McDaniel een nieuw tijdperk in. Op het nieuwe album 'Blame My Ex' kan de band uit Toronto liefdesverdriet omzetten in zelfontdekking middels tien uitbundige pop-rocknummers over pijn en verlossing.
