Dat dEUS-frontman Tom Barman van alle markten thuis is, blijkt eens te meer met TaxiWars. Anders dan bij elektroproject Magnus en rockband dEUS, kan Barman hierin zijn liefde voor jazz kwijt. Voor TaxiWars werkt hij sinds 2014 samen met klassiek geschoold componist en saxofonist Robin Verheyen. Het resulteert in een titelloos album uit 2015, waarop behendig wordt bewogen tussen experimentele jazz en de meer behapbare kant van het genre. De rokerige punkstem van Tom Barman maakt het af. In 2019 brengt het viertal het derde album 'Artificial Horizon' uit.

How to get to Tolhuistuin

Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry runs from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. From there, turn left and you’ll walk straight into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance (Buiksloterweg 5C) is used. This entrance can be reached via Overhoeksplein

Restaurant
Tolhuistuin also has a restaurant where you can enjoy a meal before the show. We recommend making a reservation in advance via this website.
