Al een decennium lang maakt mysterieuze producer Slow Magic instrumentale future bass beats. Niemand weet wie er achter het gekleurde dierenmasker schuilgaat: hij houdt zijn identiteit geheim en presenteert zichzelf liever als 'your imaginary friend'. Naast zonnige melodieën speelt percussie in zijn producties een grote rol, wat je direct terugziet en -hoort in zijn energieke live sets.

Na de release van debuutalbum 'Triangle' in 2012, raakte Slow Magic door tours met chillwave artiesten als Gold Panda en XXYYXX snel bekend bij het grote publiek. Met nieuwste single 'OPEN', die 8 oktober op bitbird verscheen, breekt de producer door zijn writer's block van 2020. Met de aanstekelijke track wil hij aan iedereen de boodschap meegeven: "Keep your heart open to the mysteries of life."

How to get to Paradiso

Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
