Satori komt met zijn project Maktub naar de grote zaal van Paradiso op vrijdag 22 oktober 2021. De producer legt uit: “Het doel is om het concept van een liveshow op te tillen naar een waar kunstwerk. We creëren een filmische voorstelling waarbij visuals perfect samensmelten met het geluid, waardoor een buitengewone beleving onstaat.” De Nederlands-Servische muzikant maakt voor zijn melodieuze elektronica eindeloze combinaties van diverse invloeden. Dat is alleen al te horen aan zijn instrumentgebruik, variërend van piano, kalimba en de kora tot aan gitaar. Satori stond in 2019 al in de grote zaal van Paradiso met zijn Band from Space, nu keert hij terug naar hetzelfde podium met zijn project Maktub.

How to get to Paradiso

Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
