De 22-jarige singer-songwriter Sam Tompkins begon zijn carrière als straatmuzikant in zijn woonplaats Brighton in Engeland. Zijn grote doorbraak volgde echter via YouTube, waar hij met zijn cover van Drake’s "Hold On We're Going Home" een grote viral hit scoorde. Dit leverde hem miljoenen views én een platencontract met het gerenommeerde platenlabel Island Records op. Sam staat bekend om zijn bijzondere stem en zijn edgy popgeluid vol invloeden van r&b en hiphop en heeft inmiddels al drie succesvolle EP’s uitgebracht.

How to get to Tolhuistuin

Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry runs from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. From there, turn left and you’ll walk straight into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance (Buiksloterweg 5C) is used. This entrance can be reached via Overhoeksplein

Restaurant
