Ryan McMullan is een singer-songwriter uit Ierland en beschikt volgens velen over het beste stemgeluid van het land. Zijn verhalende liedjes brengt hij op rauwe wijze en vol passie. Hij is al op tournee geweest met Ed Sheeran, Foy Vance en Snow Patrol. Op eigen houtje verkocht hij onlangs de Rockwood Music Hall in New York uit. Landgenoot Gary Lightbody, zanger van Snow Patrol, omschrijft het talent als volgt: "One of the most exciting artists to come out of Ireland, voice of an angel."
