Ron Sexsmith is een typische “artist’s artist” - zoals dat heet. De Canadese singer- songwriter wordt al jaren op handen gedragen door collega-artiesten als Paul McCartney, Elvis Costello, Ray Davies en Chris Martin maar het grote publiek heeft hem nog steeds niet gevonden. De laatbloeier Sexsmith bracht in 1991 op zevenentwintigjarige leeftijd zijn eerste album ‘Grand Opera Lane’ uit en sindsdien heeft hij al meer dan twaalf albums gemaakt waarvan 'The Last Rider' net verschenen is. Het schrijven van briljante liedjes met onvergetelijke melodieën lijkt Ron Sexsmith nog steeds geen enkele moeite te kosten. Luister hier naar zijn nieuwe single, 'Radio'.

How to get to Tolhuistuin

Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry runs from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. From there, turn left and you’ll walk straight into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance (Buiksloterweg 5C) is used. This entrance can be reached via Overhoeksplein

Restaurant
