From Truk’i pan in Charlois to mimosas on the Zuidas: Rijck moves effortlessly between two worlds. With his sharp pen, flamboyant presence and unerring sense of contrast, the rapper from Rotterdam brings his own unique twist to the Dutch hiphop scene. From a young age, he sought a balance between extremes. It was only when he embraced the duality within him, that Rijck emerged: an artist who blends uptempo beats, street rap and catchy samples. Following collaborations with the likes of Langa, Yssi SB, Hef and Bokoesam, and a sold-out show in our Upstairs Room, Rijck now returns to Tolhuistuin.
