Rhys Lewis is een singer-songwriter met een old school twist. Met minimale elementen geeft hij zijn nummers een grootse en authentieke vibe. In zijn combinatie van rijke soul en raspende vocalen doorklinken muzikale invloeden als Al Green, Marvin Gaye en James Taylor. Het afgelopen jaar heeft Rhys Lewis maar liefst acht singles en een EP uitgebracht, die stuk voor stuk goed zijn ontvangen.

Voorprogramma: Milly Upton
De Britse singer-songwriter Milly Upton Music zal het voorprogramma verzorgen deze avond. Milly uit Brighton maakt luchtige, jazzy folk met een jaren '70 gevoel en was al eerder te zien op onder andere Glastonbury festival.

How to get to Tolhuistuin

Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry runs from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. From there, turn left and you’ll walk straight into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance (Buiksloterweg 5C) is used. This entrance can be reached via Overhoeksplein

Restaurant
Tolhuistuin also has a restaurant where you can enjoy a meal before the show. We recommend making a reservation in advance via this website.
