De old-time Americana singer-songwriter Pokey LaFarge komt terug naar Paradiso met een nieuwe band, een nieuwe liveshow én een nieuw album. De altijd stijlvol geklede crooner uit Illinois versmelt moeiteloos folk met blues, jazz, ragtime en western swing. Hoe dat klinkt? Zowel nostalgisch als modern tegelijk. Of zoals hij het zelf het liefst omschrijft: “It’s not retro music. It’s American music that never died”.

How to get to Paradiso
Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
