Van alle bands met een verbluffend resultaat na hun eerste album, springt Panchiko eruit. Panchiko is een indieband die tussen 1997 en 1998 in Engeland werd opgericht. Hun eerste album, een demo getiteld 'D>E>A>T>H>M>E>T>A>L,' werd oorspronkelijk uitgebracht in beperkte oplage, maar ging, maar liefst twintig jaar later, onverwachts viraal. Een 4chan-gebruiker ontdekte hun demo-cd in een tweedehandswinkel in Nottingham. Nadat de audio online werd gedeeld, ontstond er een uitgebreide zoektocht naar de oorsprong van dit mysterieuze werk. Uiteindelijk bleek het om de lokale band Panchiko te gaan. Sinds hun schot naar roem, heeft Panchiko nieuwe albums uitgebracht, waaronder 'Ferric Oxide', 'R>E>M>I>X>E>D' en 'Failed At Maths' in 2023.

How to get to Tolhuistuin

Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry runs from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. From there, turn left and you’ll walk straight into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance (Buiksloterweg 5C) is used. This entrance can be reached via Overhoeksplein

Restaurant
