De in Los Angeles gevestigde singer-songwriter en producer Orion Sun heeft volledig de touwtjes in handen bij het creatieve proces achter haar muziek. Met haar kenmerkende rustige en zelfverzekerde r&b heeft ze inmiddels een trouwe fanbase opgebouwd, die ongeduldig staat te wachten op nieuw materiaal. Na twee jaar van isolatie sinds de release van haar EP 'Getaway' in 2022 is het moment eindelijk daar: Orion staat klaar om haar titelloze album 'Orion' uit te brengen. Dit album, ontstaan uit liefdesverdriet, verkent thema’s als liefde, verlies en zelfontwikkeling. Orion stelt zich emotioneel kwetsbaar op en laat zowel de pieken als dalen van verliefd zijn zien. Singles als 'Already Gone' en 'Sweet' tonen die balans tussen pijn omarmen en ontsnapping zoeken, terwijl nummers als 'Take My Eyes' rust en reflectie brengen.

How to get to Tolhuistuin

Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry is departing from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. Turn left and you’ll walk into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance is used (Buiksloterweg 5C), which can be reached via the Overhoeksplein.

Restaurant
Tolhuistuin also has a restaurant in which you can have a bite before the show. We advise to make a reservation in advance via this website.
