Mychelle, geboren en getogen in de Londense wijk Hackney pakte op tienjarige leeftijd voor het eerst een gitaar op. Ze maakte als tiener naam als straatmuzikante in de Engelse hoofdstad, en werd in 2019 opgemerkt door Idris Elba. Hij nodigde haar uit in zijn studio, waar zij een bijdrage leverde aan ‘The Yardie Mixtape’, de soundtrack van zijn gelijknamige regiedebuut. Twee jaar later bracht zij haar eigen debuutsingle ‘That Way’ uit en enkele maanden later haar EP 'Closure'.

How to get to Tolhuistuin

Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry is departing from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. Turn left and you’ll walk into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance is used (Buiksloterweg 5C), which can be reached via the Overhoeksplein.

Restaurant
Tolhuistuin also has a restaurant in which you can have a bite before the show. We advise to make a reservation in advance via this website.
