hi everyone,

after a lot of thinking and tough conversations i've decided to cancel some of the shows on the european leg of rising (the tour). i want to play these shows more than anything, but the bottom line is i need to prioritize my mental and physical health which frankly are wavering due to exhaustion. australia, new zealand, and paris will play as scheduled and london is rescheduling to the 17th of october. the rest of the scheduled shows will be canceled and refunds issued automatically. refunds for the originally scheduled london show are available if you are not able to attend the new date. if you have any questions regarding your ticket please contact your point of purchase.

De 21-jarige mxmtoon is met haar lyrische popmuziek een ster in wording. Met dromerige, maar catchy poplijntjes en introverte teksten creëert de artiest een sonische speeltuin waar maatschappelijke thema's wonderbaarlijk goed lijken te passen. Maia (mxmtoon) startte met video's op YouTube en vanuit daar groeide haar social fanbase gestaag tot de zeven miljoen volgers die ze nu heeft. In 2021 kwam een van haar dromen uit; ze vertolkte Alex Chen in de game Life is Strange: True Colors, waarmee ze haar passie voor muziek en gamen kon combineren. Op haar laatste album 'dawn & dusk' uit 2020 werkte ze samen met Carly Rae Jepsen en Merrill Garbus. Het afgelopen jaar heeft ze zich gericht op het verbreden van haar muzikale kennis en de uitkomst daarvan wordt het nieuwe album dat in 2022 uitkomt.

How to get to Tolhuistuin

Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry runs from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. From there, turn left and you’ll walk straight into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance (Buiksloterweg 5C) is used. This entrance can be reached via Overhoeksplein

Tolhuistuin also has a restaurant where you can enjoy a meal before the show. We recommend making a reservation in advance via this website.
