Na de snaren beroerd te hebben bij Evil Superstars en dEUS bracht Tim Vanhamel in 2001 een eerste album uit met Millionaire: ‘Outside The Simian Flock’. Muse en Queens of the Stone Age namen als fans van het eerste uur de band mee op tour. Josh Homme, met wie Vanhamel een blauwe maandag samenspeelde bij Eagles of Death Metal, tekende voor de productie van de tweede Millionaire-plaat, ‘Paradisiac’ uit 2005.

Vanhamel gaat hierna aan de slag met andere projecten en brengt albums uit onder zijn eigen naam en start hij onder meer Broken Glass Heroes en Eat Lions. 2017 markeert de grote terugkeer van Millionaire met het in België op één binnengekomen derde album ‘Sciencing’. En daar zijn we blij mee.

How to get to Tolhuistuin

Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry runs from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. From there, turn left and you’ll walk straight into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance (Buiksloterweg 5C) is used. This entrance can be reached via Overhoeksplein

Restaurant
Tolhuistuin also has a restaurant where you can enjoy a meal before the show. We recommend making a reservation in advance via this website.
