Verre van hun girlpower-naamgenoten staat het uitgestreken duo Maustetytöt thuis bovenaan de hitlijsten – en vond een geestverwant in de "Fallen Leaves" filmregisseur, die hun werk in de film liet exposeren.
Het duo maakt iets ongewoons: een band met een anti-pophouding die niet anders kan dan geweldige popsongs uitbrengen. Hun eerste single "Tein Kai Lottorivini Väärin" (I Guess I Got My Lottery Line Wrong) uit 2019, begint als een garage-rock stamper, met een spartaans drumnummer en een gitaarpuls van één noot, om vervolgens uit te breken in een symfonisch geluid.

Bitterzoet is located close to Amsterdam Central station. From there you can walk to the venue. There are limited and busy parking lots in the area.
