Het duo Marian Hill bestaat uit producer Jeremy Lloyd en zangeres en songwriter Samantha Gongol uit Philadelphia. Met eigenzinnige beats en verleidelijke vocalen weten ze al sinds 2013 de aandacht van singer-songwriter liefhebbers vast te houden. De veelal elektronische producties zijn innig verweven met r&b invloeden en dat blijkt een meer dan geslaagde combinatie te zijn. Het debuutalbum ‘Act One’ kwam pas in 2016 uit, maar werd voorafgegaan door twee succesvolle EP's. Zo zijn de veelbeluisterde nummers ‘One Time’ en ‘Got it’ terug te vinden op hun eerdere EP's. In 2016 trad het Amerikaanse duo op in Bitterzoet, waarna ze tijdens ADE LIVE 2017 terugkeerden voor een gepolijste show. Op zondag 9 september staat staat Marian Hill in Paradiso Noord!

How to get to Tolhuistuin

Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry is departing from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. Turn left and you’ll walk into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance is used (Buiksloterweg 5C), which can be reached via the Overhoeksplein.

Restaurant
Tolhuistuin also has a restaurant in which you can have a bite before the show. We advise to make a reservation in advance via this website.
