De invloedrijke Amerikaanse soul- en r&b-zangeres en actrice Macy Gray brak door in 2000 met haar eerste hit 'I Try'. Het nummer bleek het startsein voor een glansrijke carrière met o.a. de release van 10 studioalbums, 5 Grammy-nominaties en samenwerkingen met artiesten van Outkast tot Ariana Grande. Met haar laatste langspeler 'Ruby' uit 2018 bewees Gray dat haar prachtige, rokerige stemgeluid en muzikale mix van r&b, soul en jazz nog altijd zowel tijdloos als relevant tegelijk klinkt. Op 13 juni keert de iconische zangeres terug naar Amsterdam voor een concert in Paradiso.

How to get to Paradiso
Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.Â
