The concert of Lizzy McAlpine is unfortunately cancelled. Hereby the personal statement from the artist:

'As you all know, I recently announced that I would be moving my EU/UK tour date to the end of August. Since making that announcement it has become clear to me that I need more time to rest. Touring is very difficult for me and my mental health leading up to, on, and after a leg of touring consistently drops to a low that is pretty damaging. That being said, I will be cancelling my August EU/UK dates of The End Of The Movie Tour, as well as my performance at All Points East. I need to regroup and figure out a way to tour that is easier and more sustainable for me, but I promise I will be back next year with a better plan and a new show. Thank you for understanding, I love you all so much. More soon...❤️'

In november stond Lizzy McAlpine in een uitverkochte Tolhuistuin om nu vervolgens in september terug te keren in de Grote Zaal van Paradiso. De jonge singer-songwriter maakt snel naam als folkpopartiest die je in de gaten moet houden. Zo ging ze al samenwerkingen aan met FINNEAS, John Mayer en Jacob Collier, en rekent ze Phoebe Bridgers en Shawn Mendes tot haar fans. Haar debuut 'Give Me A Minute' wordt goed ontvangen en haar tour verkoopt uit. Tussen optredens door werkt McAlpine met een duidelijke visie aan haar tweede album 'Five Seconds Flat', waarop 14 nummers staan die gaan over een gebroken hart.

How to get to Paradiso

Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
