Julian Velard heeft eigenlijk alles mee: hij ziet er goed uit, heeft een prettig stemgeluid en schrijft schijnbaar moeiteloos de ene bijna-perfecte popsong na de andere. Zelf omschrijft hij zijn muziek als: “Klassieke pianopop met een Broadway makeover.” Vorig jaar bracht Velard in eigen beheer de ep ‘Person of Interest’ uit en onlangs zijn nieuwe album If You Don't Like It, You Can Leave', geïnspireerd door New York.
