Jensen McRae is een Amerikaanse zangeres, songwriter en dichter die elegante alternatieve folkpop combineert met sociaal en politiek bewuste teksten. Na het uitbrengen van een paar veelgeprezen singles in 2019 'White Boys' en 'Wolves', ging McRae viraal met de single 'Immune'. McRae, noemt Carole King, James Taylor, Stevie Wonder en Alicia Keys als belangrijke invloeden. In 2022 bracht ze haar eerste album uit: 'Are You Happy Now?' Afgelopen jaar verscheen de single 'Massachusetts', een prachtig lied geworteld in verlangen, verlies en nostalgie.
