This program is part of Summer Dance Forever — an international hip-hop dance festival that brings together dancers and dance lovers from around the world for a week-long celebration. The festival showcases a wide variety of dance performances, next-level battles, soulful club nights, and energizing workshops to refresh and boost your skills. Summer Dance Forever takes place from 25 - 31 August at Paradiso, ITA, OBA Theater, with a free program at Documentaire Paviljoen and Vondelpark Openluchttheater, and workshops at Chassé and Foundation. And tonight, DJ's Steesko and Rockefellababe are turning it alllllll the way up! With a night full of dancehall and reggae, heavy riddims and high energy, Jamrock knows exactly how to move a crowd. If you mention Dancehall in the Netherlands you can't mention Dj Steesko. Dj Steesko born and raised in Amsterdam is known to play some of the most hardcore ruffest and toughest Dancehall Tunes. Dj Steesko played at some of the biggest Dancehall/Reggae festivals. Together with Dancehall Episode he has his own party in the Aknathon Amsterdam. He recently started a Soundsystem with Short Boss as Frassnation Soundsystem and he is the official dj of the dutch Dancehall Artist Kalibwoy.

How to get to Paradiso

Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
