Geïnspireerd door onder anderen Leonard Cohen en Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young vaart de uit Minneapolis afkomstige J.E. Sunde dezelfde richting uit als Steve Gunn en Sufjan Stevens. Een songwriter en componist trouw aan de Amerikaanse traditie, maar net links van het midden; zo beschouwt Jonathan Edward Sunde zichzelf. Vorig jaar verscheen het album '9 Songs About Love', vol met ogenschijnlijk gemak geschreven tijdloze klassiekers, die knipogen naar de groten.

How to get to Paradiso

Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
