Artist statement:

"Due to unforeseen personal circumstances, our April shows in Europe and England have to be cancelled. I apologize for any inconvenience! All tickets will be refunded at point of purchase. I promise we’ll be back."

Meg Duffy speelde eerder in hun carrière gitaar en toetsen in de bands van Kevin Morby, Weyes Blood en Mega Bog, maar is zich daarna vooral gaan richten op hun soloproject Hand Habits. Hun dromerige melodieën, zorgvuldige teksten en warme gitaarklanken werden in dertien nummers samengevat op de goed ontvangen debuutplaat ‘Wildly Idle (Humble Before The Void)’. Begin 2019 kwam de opvolger ‘placeholder’ uit, die wederom werd omarmd door menig muziekblog. Met de harde, introspectieve teksten en vollere producties is Meg Duffy's nieuwste album ‘Fun House’ een gedurfde uitstap naar een poppier geluid en voelt als een nieuwe start.

How to get to Paradiso

Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
