De Australische garagerockband Dune Rats komt terug naar Amsterdam. De drie figuren uit Brisbane nemen het leven niet te serieus en maken garage- en surfrock en, zoals ze het zelf noemen, ‘party-time punk’. Op het nieuwe album 'Real Rare Whale' heeft de groep een meer volwassen geluid, zonder aan energie in te leveren. De groep staat bekend om hun spetterende liveoptredens, waarbij ze constant over het podium en door het publiek vliegen.
