‘Berlin-based darkwave duo Keluar offer an atmospheric melding of minimal synth moods, plaintive synth pop vocals and foreboding analogue electronica. Following the demise of popular London Dark Entries band Linea Aspera, Zoè Zanias teamed up with Sid Lamar to form this tightly focused electronic duo. Their music has a mean industrial rhythmic intensity, combined with a particularly woozy melodic approach. This certainly isn’t your average synthesiser party.’ — Thump

SOFT RIOT — live — Sheffield — Desire Records

Drawing inspiration from synthesizer-based film soundtracks of yesteryear, drones, early EBM, minimal synth, a dose of psychedelic synthpop and a heavy dose of throbbing appregiated rhythms, Soft Riot is a science-fiction heavy soundscape that narrates the listener through today’s fractured, excessive landscape with hints of black humour.

Daylight's wasted on her, this femme fatale only comes out at night. Not only does she organize shows in various venues, most recently the GRAUZONE Festival in the Melkweg, you can also regularly find her behind the turntables with her impressive collection of vinyl. Post punk, cold wave, synthpop; often dark and doomy, but always danceable.

RAVAGE! RAVAGE! — dj set — Dark Allies

Dark Allies' resident DJ plays a mix of early 80s and ultra modern synthpop, minimal wave, electro, Italo disco and new wave. Like Bowie, Siouxsie, Depeche Mode and The Human League dancing side by side with The Knife, Glass Candy, Trust and Savages, in a timeless Blitz, or on echo beach - far away in time.

Tijdens Noodlanding! wordt de Kelder van Paradiso omgetoverd tot Dondergrondse: dé plek waar nieuwe indie initiatieven, underground live-acts en dj’s bijeen worden gebracht. Pak veelbelovende, nieuwe bands mee in kleine setting en sluit vervolgens af met knallende alternatieve dj-sets in het holst van de nacht. Iedere donderdag een andere gastheer, iedere donderdag een verse line-up, en uw wekelijkse portie nieuwe muziek, feest en plezier.
