ANIMAL BODIES — live — Clandestine Records
Animal Bodies is a duo from Vancouver, Canada. Their analog synths and mechanical beats mix with serpent like guitar lines and howling vocals in songs that shift between haunting melodies and relentless electronic rhythms.
They have shared the stage with bands ranging from Soft Metals and Salem to Bestial Mouths, No More and Dirty Beaches. Their new album will be released just in time before their Amsterdam debut, at Dark Allies.

REVEREND ESSER & ROAC — dj set — Manifest
The dark duo responsible for the longest running new wave party of Utrecht make their Dark Allies DJ debut. Reverend Esser and Roac have been organizing Manifest for over six years now. A dance night with synthpop, minimal- and new wave and post-punk - needless to say, their set will fit the batcave of Paradiso like Robert and Steven's Glove.

TRISH TRASH — dj set — Grauzone
Daylight's wasted on her, this femme fatale only comes out at night. Not only does she organize shows in various venues, most recently the Grauzone Festival in the Melkweg, you can also regularly find her behind the turntables with her impressive collection of vinyl. Post punk, cold wave, synthpop; often dark and doomy, but always danceable.

RAVAGE! RAVAGE! — dj set — Dark Allies

Dark Allies' resident DJ plays a mix of early 80s and ultra modern synthpop, minimal wave, electro, Italo disco and new wave. Like Bowie, Siouxsie, Depeche Mode and The Human League dancing side by side with The Knife, Glass Candy, Trust and Savages, in a timeless Blitz, or on echo beach - far away in time.
