De Amerikaanse alternatieve grungerockband Dogstar bestaat uit gitarist/zanger Bret Domrose, drummer Rob Mailhouse en niemand minder dan gevierd acteur en muzikant Keanu Reeves op bas. De groep, opgericht in 1994, wist al snel indruk te maken met hun rake gitaarrifs en mochten zelfs het support van David Bowie verzorgen op zijn tour. Het nieuwe album 'Somewhere Between The Power Lines And Palm Trees', de eerste in meer dan twintig jaar, laat de vriendschap en passie van de band duidelijk horen, alsof tijd en afstand hun creativiteit alleen maar hebben verdiept.

How to get to Paradiso

Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
