Begin 2023 doemt vanuit het niets De Toegift op, een Zeeuwse band die meteen indruk maakt met hun melancholische, Nederlandstalige indieklanken. Het zelfgetitelde debuutalbum waaide met windkracht tien over naar het vasteland van Nederland en België en kreeg lovende kritieken. De band combineert poëzie en hedendaagse indiemuziek tot experimentele mix van indie, folk en jazz. Met de toevoeging van een violist en dwarsfluitist blijft De Toegift experimenteren, wat duidelijk te horen is op de remix-EP 'De vormen voelen vreemd', waarop samenwerkingen met artiesten als Lucky Fonz III en Gladde Paling staan.

How to get to Paradiso
Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.Â
