Amsterdam's only gala for creatives is back again! Even bigger this time.

An evening all about celebrating community and creativity, with a mix of surprises, performances, exciting prizes, and opportunities to connect with other creatives and build your network.

Unlike other award shows that focus on established names and big industry players, AWOL is doing things differently with the Community Awards by shining a spotlight on unseen and upcoming talent. This gala is for those who are pushing boundaries, trying new things, and making a real impact in the creative world. And for everybody that is looking for a night of celebration and appreciation. Following the sold-out success of the first and second edition, the Community Awards are back on January 20, 2026 for round three! 19:00 - 22:30 – MAIN PROGRAM
The moment we’ve all been waiting for. The award ceremony where all six of our winners are revealed, featuring performances by Mila Maria and Ruskey! With connecting opportunities, and more...

22:30 - 01:00 – AFTERPARTY
The party isn’t over yet! Time for the afterparty, with live sets by Folake, Irie & Nadi, Godsendo and Mansour!
