Chartreuse is een vierkoppige band uit Birmingham, Engeland. Hun geluid kan worden omschreven als donkere indiepop terwijl je tegelijkertijd ook folk, jazz en soul invloeden hoort. De oprichters van Chartreuse zijn Michael Wagstaff en Harriet Wilson. Ze begonnen in 2013 samen folkmuziek te schrijven. In de zomer van 2014 voegden bassist en toetsenist Perry Lovering en drummer Rory Wagstaff zich bij de band. Met hun meest recente single ‘Switch It On Switch It Off’ mijmeren ze over de mogelijkheid om je hoofd en zo je drukke geest te kunnen bedienen.

Cinetol is on Tolstraat 182 in the South of Amsterdam. The closest tram stop is Lutmastraat. There is also a nice restaurant in the building where you can have dinner before the show.
