Program is half seated, half standing

Ruud Smulders brak in één klap door met de veelbesproken ‘Minuut van
Ruud’, zijn vaste rubriek in het praatprogramma ‘De Vooravond’. Daarna
maakte hij met zijn onnavolgbare stijl een onvergetelijke indruk met zijn
televisie debuutvoorstelling BRUUD. Nu is hij terug met een tweede show:

‘Bruter dan BRUUD’.
‘Bruter dan BRUUD’ is een comedy special zoals je die kent van Netflix.
Zestig minuten. Van de hak op de tak. Waar hilarische gedachtespinsels in
rap tempo uit de bocht vliegen. Deze eigenzinnige maker is het publiek
altijd één stap voor en de vorm altijd meester. Van rauwe stand-up tot
fysieke slapstick en van improvisatie tot snoeiharde hiphopnummers.
Maar tussen al dat comedy-geweld zien we soms een glimp van een
jongetje dat net ontdekt heeft dat hij niet onsterfelijk is.

How to get to Tolhuistuin

Tolhuistuin (formerly Paradiso Noord) is located at IJpromenade 2 in Amsterdam North. A free ferry is departing from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg. Turn left and you’ll walk into Tolhuistuin. For club nights, the rear entrance is used (Buiksloterweg 5C), which can be reached via the Overhoeksplein.

Tolhuistuin also has a restaurant in which you can have a bite before the show. We advise to make a reservation in advance via this website.
