Vanwege verplichtingen als voorprogramma van een andere band, wordt dit concert uitgesteld tot maandag 8 april. Kaarten blijven geldig voor de nieuwe datum, maar kunnen ook geretourneerd worden. Hierover ontvangen kaartkopers een e-mail van Ticketmaster.

Het statement van Billy Lockett:
I remember my dad playing me a vinyl of his favourite band called Electric Light Orchestra when I was just six years old. I fell in love with their songs immediately and now I’m so proud to announce that Jeff Lynne’s ELO have asked me to support them on their UK and European arena tour! The London dates are four nights at The O2... WTF!!!!! I’m so so thankful for this opportunity and I’m sure my dad would be proper chuffed right now too! 

….due to the arena tour, sadly this means I have to reschedule my own London & European headline shows, but I’m going to be announcing the new dates very shortly!

De Engelse singer-songwriter Billy Lockett is al een tijdje bezig in de luwte, maar 2018 lijkt de grote doorbraak te gaan worden voor hem. Zijn muziek is hartverscheurend en rauw. “I write the sort of music you put on when you have long drive at night time. I know my place and know where I fit. There’s a more grungy, dark Tom Odell feel to things which is pretty much where I’ve always wanted to be,'' vertelt de singer-songwriter. Zijn Nederlandse debuut beleefde hij bij een 7 Layers session in maart. Single 'Feels So Good' is een goede opwarmer voor een debuutalbum, waar iedereen met smart naar uitkijkt.
