Augustines, voorheen nog met 'We Are' ervoor, bestaat uit zanger Billy McCarthy, bassist Eric Sanderson en drummer Rob Allen. Het trio weet vanaf het debuutalbum 'Rise Ye Sunken Ships' het publiek te boeien met gepassioneerde, onstuimige indierock. De charismatische McCarthy neemt hierbij het voortouw en brult bij vlagen zijn emotionele teksten naar het publiek. Dit jaar verscheen het derde album 'This Is Your Life'.
