Op haar debuut 'Wary + Strange' weet Amythyst Kiah twee verschillende werelden samen te brengen: op verfijnde wijze ontmoeten alt-rock en roots/old-time muziek elkaar in haar muziek. Rolling Stone beschreef haar als "één van Americana's grote up-and-coming geheimen". De singer-songwriter met haar bijzonder krachtige stemgeluid is tevens onderdeel van de band Our Native Daughters, een all-women-of-color supergroep. Hiervoor pende Kiah onder andere het nummer 'Black Myself', welke werd genomineerd voor een Grammy Award.

How to get to Paradiso

Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
